Enquiry Management

For any organization which is service oriented, one of the most critical stages in engaging and building a relationship with its customers is the initial contact phase - the 'first touch point' - and how effectively and satisfactorily this first touch point is managed by the enterprise.

In case of an educational / training institute its customers are the students/trainees. These are students/trainees who may seek guidance and advice regarding their careers. Hence, any system or process that the organization employs for handling, managing and servicing the initial contact is a critical one, and one that will in turn trigger subsequent positives for the organization.

The Enquiry Management Module is one such module of Calibre®CAMUS that captures, collates and manages all such information needed to service a prospective student/trainee with respect to her enquiry.
